中文摘要: 针对目前水田深施肥因化肥潮解而堵塞输肥管路的问题,拟展开结构简单,效率更高的水田深施肥机构的设计方法和试验研究。分析颗粒肥料潮解后粘性的变化规律,研究不同粘性肥料与机械结构接触的运动特点,提出变粘性散粒体动力学的分析方法。研究施肥机构中螺旋钢丝结构的运动特性和建模方法,并通过虚拟试验分析螺旋钢丝结构参数变化时对散粒体肥料推动力的影响。研究肥量调节机构的三维参数化设计系统,分析肥料在调节机构内的运动特性,通过虚拟试验,获取肥料在叶片绞龙和叶片环形体作用下的动力学方程,优化肥量调节机构的结构。最后,建立试验平台,应用高速摄像观察分析颗粒体肥料各种运动状态,根据试验结果,进一步完善和优化螺旋钢丝和肥量调节机构的结构与相关设计参数,并对水田深施肥机构的性能进行测试。本项目的成功实施将为研制具有自主知识产权的水田深施肥机械提供理论支持和试验指导,为水田变量深施肥技术的发展提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Against the problem of fertilizer blockage transportation pipeline for deliquescence during the process of fertilizer deep application for the paddy field, the design method and experimental study on paddy field deep fertilization device which has simple structure and high efficiency are going to be researched. To analysis the change law of viscous after particle fertilizer deliquescence, to research the movement characteristics of different viscous fertilizer contacts with mechanical structure, and to put forward the study method for dynamics theory of variable viscosity granular mixtures.To research the motion characteristics and modeling method of spiral steel wire structure in fertilization mechanism, and to analysis the fertilizer impetus influence of spiral steel wire under different structural parameters conditions on granular fertilizer by the virtual test. To research the three dimensions parametric design system of fertilizer adjusting mechanism, to analyze the movement characteristics of fertilizer in fertilizer adjusting mechanism ,to obtain the dynamic equation of fertilizer under the action of the leaf and the leaf annular solid and to optimize the structure of fertilizer adjusting mechanism by virtual test.
