中文摘要: 本项目拟采用多种成膜技术,在压电传感器表面构筑多孔纳米金、金属-有机骨架材料、二氧化钛多孔膜、光子晶体、蜂窝聚合物膜等具有代表性的多孔膜层,搭建集表面声阻抗、电化学、光谱学为一体的检测系统,检测这些有序多孔膜层在与目标物作用过程中的质量效应、光谱特性、电化学参数及界面电阻、电容等变化,结合表面形貌测定,多方位表征这些膜层的作用过程。建立多参数压电阻抗分析与传感检测技术,研究压电传感器在多孔膜条件下的响应特性与定量方法,为多孔非刚性膜层的界面过程提供更为真实可靠的表面质量与膜粘弹性方面的信息。配合表面生物功能性修饰,研究在多孔膜环境束缚下细胞、药物、蛋白质、DNA等的相互作用过程,探讨生物大分子拓扑结构与功能的关系,研制光、电、质量联用的多维信息的化学/生物传感器,颇具创新性、学术价值和应用前景。

英文摘要: In this project,we plan to prepare piezoelectric sensors with functional order honeycomb-patterned films including metallic mesoporous nanocomposites, mesoporous TiO2, Metal-organic framework materials, photoic crysrtal, and highly ordered microporous polymer film. A detection system is built for simultaneous determination of the parameters such as surface acoustic impedance, electrochemistry and spectroscopy during the interaction processes between the porous film layers and targets. The information related to the changes in surface mass loading, properties of the porous films, electrochemical and spectral characterization, interface resistance and capacitance is obtained. By combination with the morphology of the porous films, the interaction processes are characterized. A multivariable impedance analysis method is developed for piezoelectric sensors with porous films. The changes in surface mass and viscosity of the porous films are measured. By using surface biochemical functional modification, the interaction processes between cell, medicine, protein, DNA are investigated under the condition of porous films. The relation between function and topology of biomacromolecules is discussed.
