中文摘要: 拱坝是经济性与安全性都较优的一种坝型。我国是目前世界上修建特高拱坝最多的国家,其规模之大、问题之复杂,难度之大,都列世界前茅。因此,特高拱坝的性能演变规律和安全控制问题,是我国坝工界亟待解决的关键问题。本项目以国家重大工程需求和水利科学前沿领域为导向,围绕特高拱坝性能演变机理与安全控制技术中的关键科学问题,开展特高拱坝混凝土材料与结构性能演变、特高拱坝建设性能控制与安全评估方法的基础研究,揭示真实建造环境下特高拱坝性能演变规律,建立特高拱坝建设性能与控制方法,形成一套特高拱坝性能评估与安全控制理论体系,解决我国特高拱坝安全性基础理论研究的瓶颈问题,推进我国特高拱坝建设基础研究的科技创新,促进水利水电科学研究整体学术水平的提高,显著提升我国在特高拱坝研究领域的国际地位和学术影响力。

英文摘要: Arch dam is one of the best type of dams for its economy and safety. The subjects of the performance evolution and safety control for super high arch dams are their key problems. To feed the demand of national key projects and hydraulic scientific research, the study project focuses on the key scientific problem of super high arch dams’ performance mechanism and safety control technology. Some fundamental researches are included in the project, such as the mechanical mechanism of concrete material, construction schedule control method and safety assessment technology.The aim of the project is to reveal the performance mechanism of super high arch dams and establish a theoretical system combining performance assessment and safety control. With this project finished, the bottleneck problems of super high arch dams in China will be solved, innovation of hydraulic science in China will be led to a significant advance, and Chinese influence will be leveled up to a remarkable height in the areas of arch dam studies.
