中文摘要: 激光在稀薄等离子体中激发的尾波场被认为是最有可能应用于台面式电子加速器的研制,它在离子加速等领域也有潜在的应用价值。近年来尾波加速电子的研究取得很大进展,随着激光技术的发展,超强激光激发的尾波场必然驱动等离子体离子运动,压制尾波场共振激发,影响尾波加速电子效果,因此,在超强激光激发的尾波理论中必须考虑离子运动,目前这方面的研究较少。本课题拟从基本方程出发、结合计算机粒子模拟,建立包含离子运动、自生磁场在内的激光激发尾波场的二维解析模型,并以此为基础开展尾波中离子运动相关物理问题的研究。主要研究超强尾波场驱动的离子运动效应,包括离子运动对尾波场共振激发的压制及其对尾波加速电子的影响,自生磁场对电子加速、离子运动的作用,并探索孤子状尾波场加速产生小尺度高能离子团的可行性。本课题的研究不仅有益于深入认识超强激光激发的尾波基本特性,而且对于台面式电子及离子加速器的研制具有重要参考价值和指导意义。

英文摘要: The laser-excited plasma wake field is considered as the most promising candidate for the development of table-top electron accelarator,and it has many potential application in other regime such as ion acceleration.Recently there are great advances in wakefield accelerating electrons,however,with the development of laser technology the ultraintense laser-driven wake field will inevitablely drive plasma ion motion, which will further supress wakefield resonantly excitation and influence the wake accelerating electrons, in this case ion motion must be considered in the theory of wake wave. In this project, a two-dimension analytical model for plasma wake would be built for studying ion motion-related physical problem in wakefield excited by ultraintense laser in basis of fundamental equations and computer simulation.The main research contents are as follows: the effect of ion motion driven by ultraintense wakefield, including its influence on wakefield resonantly excitation and the wakefield accelerating electron;the effect of self-generated magnetic field on electron acceleration and ion motion; the feasibility of the generation of high power ion bunch with small scale through soliton-like wake accelerating ions.The project is helpful for not only giving an insight into laser-driven wakefield but also development
