中文摘要: 近年来,关于纳米材料的生物毒性评价工作是当今研究的热点。但到目前为止,关于石墨烯和氧化石墨烯生物毒性的研究结果很少,有些研究结果也并不一致。生物膜作为微生物细胞在自然界中的主要存在形式,在很多领域都起着重要的作用。在本项目中,我们将开展石墨烯和氧化石墨烯对生物膜的毒性效应及作用机制研究,并与浮游态微生物细胞对比。之后对所得结果加以分析,提出石墨烯和氧化石墨烯对生物膜毒性的作用机制。这一方面是对石墨烯和氧化石墨烯对于生物毒性评价的补充,为评价石墨烯和氧化石墨烯的生物毒性效应提供数据和理论支持;另一方面,通过分析石墨烯和氧化石墨烯对生物膜的影响结果(积极或消极),可以为生物膜生长和抑制提供一种新的手段,从而使石墨烯和氧化石墨烯在生物膜所涉及的领域中得到应用。

英文摘要: Recently, the studies on toxicity of nanomaterials have attracted great interest.However, there are little studies on toxicity of graphene and graphene oxide, and some results obtained are not consistent. The biofilm as the main form exist in nature play an important role in many fields. In this work, we will firstly examine the effects of suspended states of graphene and grapheme oxide on biofilm, and then build the substrate which deposited graphene and graphene oxide as to investigate the effects on biofilm. At last, we will propose the mechanism for the effects of graphene and grapheme oxide on biofilm. It is the supplement for evaluation of the impact of graphene and graphene oxide on microbial cells, and will provide the data and theoretical support for evaluation of the toxic effects of graphene and graphene oxide on organisms and cells. On the other hand, it will provide a new means to inhibit and promote growth of biofilm.
