中文摘要: 冶金企业能源系统是一个涉及面广、环节众多、结构复杂的非线性系统。合理有效的能源平衡调度不仅可降低资源浪费,节省企业成本,提高其竞争力,还可减少对环境的影响。本项目以冶金企业能源系统为研究对象,借助现场大量的实时、历史数据及调度决策数据,基于复杂网络理论对整个能源系统完成网络化建模,并在此基础上研究基于复杂网络模型的优化调度新理论及方法,并将所研究的方法开发形成调度软件在我国冶金企业进行示范应用。项目研究内容包括:能源介质产消/传输/转换关系的复杂网络化建模;能耗指标基于数据的网络化分析及融合;基于合成复杂网络模型的能源系统优化调度;基于网络化建模的能源系统优化调度在冶金工业中的示范应用。本研究不仅为工业复杂系统的建模及优化调度理论提供可用的方法,取得具有自主知识产权的原创性研究成果,还将进一步降低冶金企业的能源消耗,提高能源利用率。

英文摘要: The energy system of metallurgic industry is a nonlinear system with large scale, multiloop and comlex structure. A reasonable and effective energy scheduling plays a very important role for saving the useful resources, reducing the enterprise cost, and minimizing the environmental impact. Aiming at the energy system of metallurgic industry, this project will establish a series of network models for the energy system based on complex networks theory with the utility of mass data, study a class of novel optimal scheduling methods based on the complex networks modeling, and develop a related software system for the demonstration application of metallurgic enterprises of our country. The main research contents consist of 1)Complex networks based modeling for the processes of generation- consumption, transportation and transformation of energy media; 2) Analysis and fusion of energy consumption index based on data-driven complex networks model; 3) Optimal energy scheduling based on integrated multi- networks; and 4) Demonstration application in metallurgic industry with the studied complex networks based optimal scheduling methods.
