中文摘要: 港口高速发展使港区及其附近海域成为生态危机和环境污染的高发区域,迫切需要研究生态型港口的开发模式理论,保障港口可持续发展。为此,本研究通过探究港口性质功能与规模差异下的港口生态系统时空演化机理,引入生态风险测度与承载力测度量化"生态理念",协同考虑港口时空格局上的生态规划与港口规划的多重决策,定量测算生态理念对生态型港口规划建设的影响,挖掘面向时空发展的生态型港口开发模式,初步形成面向时空发展的生态型港口时空演变与开发模式理论体系,并通过案例研究,分析和归纳该理论体系的有效性和实用性,为港口规划提供理论和实证的依据。

英文摘要: The rapid development of ports makes themselves be one of the highest incidence areas of environmental pollution and ecological crisis, it is so urgently that we need to establish the development mode of ecological port to ensure the sustainable development of the port. Therefore, this research first explores the spatial temporal evolution mechanism of port ecosystem with differences in its function and scale.And then the measure of ecological risk and environmental capacity are introduced to quantify the "ecological concept".Also an optimizatiom model is proposed to estimates the impact of ecology on planning and construction of the eco-port quantitatively, and the development mode of eco-port is derived from the proposed model. Finaly, a case study is also given to document the effectiveness of the proposed model, which provides theoretical and practical guides for port planning.
