中文摘要: 本项目拟采用分布集中式在线决策理念,从网络解析角度,研究和提出一种具有在线决策功能的低压切负荷优化控制模型和方法。拟开展节点耦合关系解析、在线电压分区和切负荷决策三方面的研究。首先,基于网络解析理论,研究各类型节点之间耦合关系的表达式,解析和量化影响各类节点耦合关系的关键因素,探讨简化节点耦合关系计算模型的规律和依据,给出各类节点耦合关系的实用计算方法。然后,利用节点耦合关系模型,基于递归切割和映射归并理念, 研究和建立可解析计算的在线电压分区模型;研究分析不同简化程度的节点耦合关系模型对电压控制分区结果的影响及适应性,提出能够在线应用的实用电压分区计算方法。最后,研究在线识别切负荷节点集和切负荷量的解析灵敏度指标,挖掘切负荷节点集的一般特征和特点,提出用于在线生成切负荷节点集的实用策略和方法;考虑各节点负荷的重要性和经济性等信息,建立基于解析灵敏度的低压切负荷优化决策模型和在线求解方法。

英文摘要: This project intends to utilize the distributed/centralized decision-making concept, from the viewpoint of network analysis, to propose an online decision-making model and method for undervoltage load shedding (UVLS). Three research tasks, including the coupling relationship of buses, online network partitioning and UVLS decision-making, is to be carried out. Firstly, based on the theory of network analysis, this research tries to represent the coupling relationships between different types of nodes, to analyze and quantify the key factors of influencing the coupling relationship among buses, to explore the rules of simplifying the calculation model of coupling relationship for different types of buses, and finally gives a practical method to calculate the coupling relationships of buses. Secondly, based on the recursive partitioning and mapping merging concept, this project tries to establish an analytical calculation model for online network partitioning by using the coupling relationships of buses, and proposes a practical online voltage partitioning method by investigating the affects and adaptabilities of different reduction models on network partitioning. Finally, this project is to derive an analytical sensitivity index for online identification of the locations and amounts of loads to be shed, and then try to probe the general features and characteristics of the load shedding locations to give a practical strategy for online determination of the node set of loads to be shed. Considering the importance and economy of different loads, an analytical sensitivity-based model and method is to be proposed for online decision-making of UVLS.
