中文摘要: 传感器故障检测与重构是航空发动机分布式控制系统设计不可或缺的重要研究内容,而分布式控制系统由于信号传输结构的改变,也带来了网络诱导时延、数据包丢失等新的问题,给传感器故障检测和重构带来了新的挑战。本项目以具有分布式结构的航空发动机重构控制为切入点,创新性地将严重的网络时延和数据丢包等不确定因素与节点本身的故障一起,均视为传感器故障来处理。针对故障类型差异,基于考虑系统非线性特征的观测器/滤波器实现对无关联独立故障节点的故障检测与解析重构;建立基于小波分析和观测器/滤波器的分层多维综合故障检测模型实现对多点并发故障的检测,并采用实时修正的并行模糊模型实现对故障传感器节点的解析重构。重点解决航空发动机非线性数学模型描述、残差系统的收敛性与鲁棒性、多点并发故障对残差空间多尺度特征的影响机理等关键问题。项目开展将为航空发动机分布式控制系统的冗余设计提供新的思路和方法,是一项前景广阔的应用基础项目。

英文摘要: The research of sensor fault detection and reconfiguration is vital for the designing aero engine distributed control system. However, because the signal transmission structure of distributed control system is not what it used to be, new problems such as the network induced delay and packet loss are found, which brings a new challenge for the sensor fault detection and reconfiguration. In this project, creatively, the fault of the node itself and those serious uncertain factors such as network induced delay and packet loss are treated equally as sensor fault. With a focus on the fact that sensor faults of diffirent types, some certain algorithms are proposed. Firstlly, observer/filter, in which the nonlinear characteristics of aero engine are considered, is applied to dectect the independent fault node with no correlation and to rebuild the fault node’s output; secondlly, a multi-scale model based on wavelet analysis and observer/filter, is applied to dectect the associated nodes that fail at the same time; thirdlly, a real-time correction parallel fuzzy model is applied to reconstruct the fault nodes’ output. The project focuses on some key problems including aero engine’s nonlinear mathematic model, the residual system’s convergence and robustness, and the mechanism of the simulttaneous fault’s infulence on multidimension feature of residual space. This project is expected to provided new ideas and new methods for the aero engine distributed control system redundancy design, which has a broad prospect in application.
