中文摘要: 受轻量化设计潮流的影响,以及管件液压成形技术的成熟,汽车上大量采用了管型零件。然而汽车碰撞安全标准的不断提高,对管型零件的安全性能提出了更高的要求。本项目受传统手工折纸所启发,提出一种具有优异压溃性能的螺旋形反转层叠管型结构,针对管型零件轴向压溃塑性屈曲变形这一基础科学问题,重点研究该结构的几何参数和成形工艺参数对其压溃性能的影响。具体研究内容包括:根据折纸几何学的造型方法,分析该结构折叠前平面几何参数与折叠后空间几何参数之间的映射关系。研究直径、高度、层数、扭转角等几何结构参数对压溃性能的影响,为该结构的参数优化设计奠定理论基础。以管件液压成形工艺的加载路径为研究对象,通过数值仿真实验,建立压溃性能与加载路径之间的数学关系模型,形成以压溃性能为目标驱动的管件液压成形工艺指导体系。最后,基于塔降实验方法,搭建管型零件压溃实验分析平台,进行压溃实验,对理论模型进行验证和修正。

英文摘要: Influenced by the tendency of lightweight design in automobile industry and with the development of tube hydroforming(THF) technologies, tube type parts are widely employed in vehicles. With the continuous development of the crashworthiness standard, however, the structure strength of tube type parts is compelled to be improved accordingly. Inspired by the traditional origami arts, this project proposed a novel tube type structure which is called reverse layered spiral origami structure with extraordinary crash response. Concerning with the fundamental scientific problem of axial crash of tube type parts, this project paid close attention to the modeling of crash response, geometric parameters and hydroforming process. More details include: according to the origami geometry, analyze the geometric parameters before and after folding. Investigate the interrelation of diameter, height, layers, twist angle, etc. Establish the theoretical foundation for the design of the structure. The THF process parameters, such as pressure, loading path and preset defects, are investigated by numerical simulations to establish the interrelation with crash response.
