中文摘要: 实现对神经的选择性刺激是提高神经功能性疾病治疗效果和最小化治疗副作用的重要途径。传统电刺激方法在实现选择性刺激时存在空间分辨率低及所需的电流超出安全电流等致命缺陷。近年来,红外激光刺激因其高空间分辨率、与神经组织无需接触等优点成为神经接口的研究热点,但鲜有研究其实现神经纤维选择性刺激的具体方法。本项目拟以青蛙坐骨神经为实验对象,研究红外激光实现神经纤维选择性刺激的方法,并结合实验数据建立神经纤维选择性刺激的理论模型。具体内容包括:搭建光刺激青蛙坐骨神经的实验平台;通过设计卡肤光纤、调节激光刺激参数及模式实现对任意神经纤维的选择性激活和抑制,同时实现对神经冲动传导方向的调控;最后对光刺激实现神经选择性刺激的安全性进行评价并建立神经纤维选择性刺激的理论模型。

英文摘要: Selective stimulation of the nerve is an important means in improving the treatment effect and minimizing the side effect of the nerve functional disorder. There are fatal defects in neural selective stimulation using traditional electrical stimulation because of its low spatial resolution and high threshold current. Recent years, laser stimulation, with high spatial resolution and non-contact with nerve tissue, became a new research hotspot for treatment of such diseases. But there is little research on the implement methods on nerve selective stimulation with infrared laser. This project intends to choose the frog sciatic nerve as experimental object to study the method of neural selective stimulation with infrared laser and build the theory model for it. The main work includes: to set up the experimental platform for the infrared laser stimulation on the frog sciatic nerve; to design the cuff fiber, laser parameter and stimulation pattern to realize the selective activation and inhibition of the nerve fibers, and also realize the direction control of the nerve impulse; to evaluate the safety of the laser neural stimulation and build the theory model of neural selective stimulation.
