中文摘要: 涂层界面结合与组织稳定性是影响热喷涂羟基磷灰石涂层植入体服役寿命的关键问题,本项目拟从涂层构造的基本过程出发,采用微观-宏观相结合的手段,将喷涂时单个颗粒行为、组织转变与宏观涂层动力学构造过程相结合,研究热喷涂HA涂层过中内应力演变规律与涂层组织及缺陷的形成机制,分析喷涂时应力-组织之间的耦合作用过程和相互关联,通过应力-组织协调控制制备出满足服役条件下结构、功能双重需求的高性能羟基磷灰石涂层。

英文摘要: Interfacial bonding and and structural stability is the key issue that determines the implant service life of thermally sprayed hydroxyapatite coating. Based on the fundamental process of the coaint formation, the present work intends to combine the micro scale analysis of the formation of an individual splat with the macro scale means studing the dynamic process of the splat accumulation and to study the internal stress evolution and the development of the coating microstructure and defects. By examining the couping effect of the stress and microstructure, the strategy of the coating deposition using synegic control of stress-microstrucutre is proposed to prepare high performance hydroxyapatite coating that meet both the structural and functional requirement in sevice.
