中文摘要: 导电功能的实现是通用高分子材料功能化的重要目标之一。目前常见的复合型导电高分子材料中导电基元与基体高分子间相互作用较弱,存在材料导电性能不稳定、电导率难以调控等问题。针对这些问题,本项目以通用高分子聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的导电功能化为目标,提出一种新的设想:用单乙烯基封端的电活性苯胺低聚物(OA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)作为共聚单体,在稀土催化剂作用下进行配位共聚,获得侧链OA有序分布的共聚物,从分子结构层面赋予PMMA以导电性能;再利用外场作用调控高分子聚集态结构,实现导电PMMA共聚物材料的性能可控。项目拟研究OA侧链结构、含量、序列分布及共聚物聚集态结构对材料性能的作用机制和影响规律,导电性可控PMMA材料在透明电极、电磁屏蔽、抗静电材料等领域的潜在应用。此研究有助于实现导电PMMA的导电率稳定性及可控性,为通用高分子的导电功能化提供新途径。

英文摘要: In the past decades, extensive research efforts have been put into the conducting functionalization of commodity polymers. However, it remains a challenge to efficiently adjust the electrical conductivity of conducting polymer composites due to the weak interaction between the conducting components and polymer matrix. This project aims to synthesize conducting polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) and regulate its conductivity with a new method: the coordinate polymerization of vinyl-capped electroactive oligoaniline(OA) and methyl methacrylate(MMA) catalyzed by rare earth catalyst. The obtained copolymer is supposed to be grafted with orderly distributed OA side-chains and thus be endowed with controllable conductivity at the molecular level.This research focuses on the action mechanism and influence of OA molecular structure, content, distribution and copolymer aggregation structure on the properties of obtained conducting material, as well as the potential applications of the conductivity controllable PMMA copolymer in the field of transparent electrode, antistatic materials, and Electro Magnetic Interference(EMI) shieldig.
