中文摘要: 永磁同步电动机无传感器运行能解决机械式位置传感器对电机运行的制约,是国内外研究的热点。然而永磁同步电机无传感器稳定、高性能运行一直是研究难点,限制了其推广应用。为此本项目将重点研究永磁同步电机结构优化与无传感器集成技术,运用新的控制方法实现高效运行。研究内容包括:从电机与控制集成角度,运用场-路结合方法设计永磁同步电机的优化结构,使转子位置易检测;研究零速至全速范围内转子位置检测理论及其平滑切换,解决永磁同步电机无传感器运行的关键技术;针对无传感器永磁同步电机机电耦合的复杂性,研究抗内部参数摄动、外部干扰等的先进控制方法,确保复杂条件下电机无传感器稳定、高效运行;研制实验平台,探索和验证永磁同步电机无传感器集成运行的关键问题。本项目将突破传统的电机控制框架,从结构集成化和鲁棒性控制入手,解决其控制和运行中的基础理论问题,获得相应的关键技术,为电机无传感器高性能运行的实用化、普及化奠定基础。

英文摘要: Several constraints, which the mechanical position sensor imposes on the motor operation,can be dealt with by using sensorless operation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM),which is the current research focus. However,there exist several problems in the stable operation of the PMSM sensorless, which has restricted the scope of the applications of the PMSM sensorless.Therefore, this project is concerned with the integration bewteen the structure optimization of the PMSM and sensorless,and makes of use new control approaches to obtain motor operation with high performance.Specifically,the main content in this project is listed in the following.Firstly,due to easily controlling and dectecting the rotor position,the method of circuit-field will be used to design and optimize the structure of PMSM.Secondly,the detection theory of the rotor position and smooth switching with the velocity change from zero to maximum will be studied, which can result in severl new technologies to be proposed.Thirdly,due to the complexity of coupling bwteen mechanics and electrics for the sensorless PMSM,several advanced control approaches will be employed to cope with the internal parameter disturbation and external disturbance such that sensorless PMSM can stably and effectively operate.Finally,the experimental prototype of the
