中文摘要: 旋风分离器是石油催化裂化等流态化生产过程的一项关键设备,其性能的优劣对装置的生产、节能减排有重要影响。旋风分离器高度对分离效率、压降都有影响,过低或过高都会明显降低分离效率,但目前对之缺乏研究。工程设计几乎都按经验将分离器高度取固定值,从而影响不同应用场合下旋风分离器最优性能的发挥。本申请拟通过数值模拟和实验系统地研究不同进气口、排气口尺寸条件下,分离器高度、操作气速、器壁粗糙度等对旋风分离器内旋涡尾端运动、旋涡长度和分离效率、压降的影响;建立旋涡尾端的测定技术;揭示旋风分离器高度对分离性能影响的规律与作用机理;为旋风分离器高度的优化设计提供科学基础。建立旋涡长度计算方法和分离器最大效率高度的设计方法,填补现有研究在这方面的不足;完善分离性能的模型计算和旋风分离器的优化设计技术,提高旋风分离器在石油催化裂化等过程装置中的应用效果。本申请的研究具有很好的学术创新和工业应用价值。

英文摘要: Cyclone separators are key equipment for various fluidization processes, such as FCC units, since cyclone performances have significant impacts on these process productions. Many parameters affect cyclone performances in different ways. Among these parameters, the cyclone height influences both efficiency and pressure drop. Different cyclone geometries seem to yield different heights for higher efficiency, though the exact relations are unclear. Too low or too high cyclone height will result in low efficiency. But almost all existing cyclone design criteria take the cyclone height as a fixed value and little studies focus on the optimal height, thus affecting the designed cyclone to attain maximum efficiency in use. A set of numerical and experimental investigations on the cyclone height is put forward in this application. The proposed research will examine the motion of vortex within a cyclone, determine the vortex length and maximum efficiency cyclone height at various combinations of cyclone heights, inlet and vortex finder cross-sections, operational parameters and wall roughness, exploring the mechanisms of cyclone height on efficiency and relationships between the vortex length and maximum efficiency cyclone height, in order to provide the scientific basis for cyclone height optimization.
