中文摘要: 吴茱萸为常用中药,历版中国药典规定其法定来源有3种:吴茱萸(Euodia rutaecarpa)及其变种石虎和疏毛吴茱萸,而新版Flora of China将该三个品种归并为Tetradium ruticarpum。国内外研究已证实它们的主要成分差异很大,我们证实其主要成分间存在消长关系,但三种原植物的叶绿体psbA-trnH序列和核ITS2序列结果又无差异。那么,作为法典的中国药典是继续保留现状还是更新为T. ruticarpum? 为此,本课题拟通过对相同和不同产地、不同成熟期、不同生长年限、不同产地初加工等的三种吴茱萸样本进行系统的实地采集,并进行多成分的分析比较,找出这些有效成分在三种吴茱萸中产生、累积、转化、消长规律;依据结果,选取各自代表性样品进行进一步的药效学验证和安全性评价,为保证临床用药的有效性和安全性提供证据,为沟通药典和植物志提供示范性实例。

英文摘要: Euodiae Fructus is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. There are three plant origins (Euodia rutaecarpa and its two varieties ) of Euodiae Fructus provided in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1977-2010 edition), while the three plant origins have been combined and given another latin name (Tetradium ruticarpum) in the Flora of China (2009 edition). The main chemical constituents are greatly different among the three species in the literatures, and our research group found interconversion between some constituents, but psbA-trnH sequence of chloroplast and ITS2 sequence of nucleal were identical. Thus, how shoud the Chinese Pharmacopoeia do next, remain unchanged or agree with the Flora of China? For this reason, we plan to collect a large number of samples from the three species, which include the same and different producing area, different maturity, different tree-age, different processing, etc. The structure types and content of effctive constituents will be compared to summarise the law of production, accumulation, inversion of the constituents. According to the results, typical samples will be selected to carry out pharmacological activities and acute toxicity to assure its effectiveness and safety in clinical application.
