中文摘要: 国际河流各流域国的开发活动对环境造成巨大影响,使得各利益主体之间经常引发争端。空间数据的空间关联分析是对这些争端事件加以预警的有效方式,知识组织恰好是实现空间关联的有效手段。本项目采用问题驱动、技术融合、建模与演算、模拟与仿真等研究方法,在明确河流流域空间数据内容的前提下,结合国际河流流域利益主体及利益诉求的差异性,以及水电开发争端预警对空间数据的特殊需求,对面向水电开发争端预警的空间信息服务模型和国际河流流域空间数据体系结构、空间数据知识组织体系展开研究。本项目以澜沧江-湄公河水电开发争端事件为研究对象,构建GIS云平台,实现知识组织体系应用的多重表达可视化。本项目通过对空间数据知识组织的研究,发现数据集内部隐藏的关联关系,不仅可以对国际河流的争端事件提供预警,而且可以完善国际河流空间数据的管理体系,拓展知识组织的应用领域。

英文摘要: Some huge impacts on the natural and social environment are caused by the development activities among the stakeholders of the International river basin countries, simultaneously, some disputes are happened among them. Spatial associative analysis on spatial data is to be an effective warning way for these disputes events, exactly, knowledge organization happens to be an useful mean to realize spatial associative analysis. The research methods such as problem-driven, technology integration, modeling and calculus, and simulation experiment are adopted in this project. Under the premise of the spatial data content for general river basin, combined with the differences of stakeholders and their requirements of the international rivers, as well as the special spatial data needs from the hydropower development activities, in order to resolve disputes, the spatial information service model, the structure system of spatial data, and the knowledge organization system will be focused on. Also, some research based on the GIS cloud computing platform will be explored for the Lancang-Mekong River Hydropower Development dispute events, it aims to realize the multi-expressing visualization. The aim of this project is to do some research on spatial data knowledge organization to achieve the associative analysis. There are some meaningful to provide early warning for the dispute incidents, improve the spatial data management system and expand the application domain of the knowledge organization.
