中文摘要: 新疆有很多优良地方肉羊品种,以羔羊生长发育快、产肉率、肉质嫩多汁而著称。目前关于新疆不同地方绵羊品种产肉性能有关候选基因方面的研究工作还未见报道。研究发现MSTN/Smad信号通路与家畜肌肉生长发育、肉用性状的形成有密切关系,参与肌肉生长发育和双肌臀性状的形成。因此,项目拟采用组织切片、荧光定量PCR、PCR-SSCP和亚硫酸氢盐测序技术从DNA、mRNA和表观遗传学角度系统地研究不同月龄新疆地方绵羊品种肌肉组织中MSTN/Smad信号通路信号分子(基因)表达的发育性变化、相互关系、多态性、甲基化程度与地方绵羊品种肌肉生长发育性状脂臀形成之间的关系,研究结果对初步揭示地方绵羊品种肉用性状和脂臀形成的机理、筛选影响地方绵羊产肉性能的候选基因都具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。

英文摘要: Xinjiang has many local sheep varieties wich have rapid growth, high lamb meat production rates and the meat tender and juicy . Current research work on the relevant candidate genes for meat production performance of different parts of the sheep breeds in Xinjiang has not been reported. The study found that the MSTN / Smad signaling pathway and livestock muscle growth anddevelopment, meat is closely related to the formation of traits involved in muscle growth and development and the formation of the double muscled trait. Therefore, the project intends to tissue sections, PCR, PCR-SSCP and bisulfite sequencing technology to study the different months in Xinjiang local sheep breeds in muscle tissue of the MSTN / Smad signaling pathway from the point of view the system of DNA, mRNA and epigenetic signaling molecules (genes) the expression of developmental changes in the relationship between the polymorphism, the degree of methylation with the local sheep breeds in muscle growth and development traits fat buttocks form the relationship between the results initially revealed the local sheep breeds in meat traits and the formation mechanism of fat hip screening candidate genes for local sheep meat production performance has certain theoretical and practical value.
