中文摘要: 太赫兹理论与技术对引领新一代信息技术的发展至关重要。宽带高增益波束扫描相控阵是THz远距离探测与传输系统的关键技术。平面反射阵结合了反射面天线和相控阵天线的优势,在THz系统中应用前景广阔。近年来,基于微带和介质单元的THz平面反射阵受到广泛关注,然而由于加工和测试条件苛刻研究远未成熟,并且无法实现波束扫描功能。本项目提出研究宽带波束扫描THz微带和介质反射阵,首先研究宽带THz介质反射阵的辐射机理和设计,建立其理论分析模型与CAD软硬件平台,采用3D喷墨打印技术进行加工测试;其次研究THz微带和介质单元的可重构方法,实现基于GaAs工艺肖特基二极管开关的THz波束扫描微带和介质反射阵。该项研究将最终建立THz波束扫描平面反射阵的理论与设计体系,为实现低成本宽带波束扫描THz天线阵奠定基础。

英文摘要: Terahertz theory and technology are very essential to lead the development of the new generation of information technology. Broadband and high gain beam-scanning phased array is the key technology of THz remote detection and transmission system. The planar reflectarray combines the advantages of the reflector antenna and phased array, and it has a bright application prospect in the THz system. In recent years, terahertz planar reflectarray based on microstrip and dielectric units has been widely concerned. However, due to the harshness of processing and testing conditions, the technology is far from mature and is unable to achieve beam-scanning capability. This project proposes a study of broadband wide angle beam-scanning terahertz microstrip and dielectric reflectarray. Firstly, the radiation mechanism and design of the broadband terahertz dielectric reflectarray are studied. The theoretical analysis model and CAD software and hardware platform are established. The 3D inkjet printing technology will be used in fabrication. Secondly, the THz microstrip and the dielectric unit reconfiguration method are studied. THz beam-scanning microstrip and dielectric reflectarray based on the GaAs processing based Schottky diode switch. This project will eventually establish the theory and design system of THz beam-scanning planar reflectarray, and lay the foundation for low cost broadband beam-scanning terahertz antenna array.
