中文摘要: 复合水泥浆体组成与微观结构是决定高性能混凝土宏观性能的本质因素,因此,在定量层次上探讨复合水泥浆体组成和微观结构的演变规律,并且构建其组成和微观结构与宏观性能之间的关系模型将具有重要的理论价值。鉴于此,本项目在前期对复合水泥浆体组成与结构定量表征方法研究与评价的基础上,通过理论分析、物理建模和数据拟合相结合研究方法,联合使用固体核磁共振分析、X射线衍射-里沃尔德相分析、离子色谱分析、能谱分析、选择性溶解和热分析等定量表征手段, 构建复合水泥浆体组成、微结构与力学性能之间的关系模型。将获得以下成果:(1)复合水泥浆体固相与液相的演变规律及二者之间的热力学模型;(2)固相组成和孔隙率与宏观力学性能之间的物理模型;(3)C-S-H凝胶组成和分子结构与宏观力学性能的之间的数学模型。以上模型的研究将有助于深入理解高性能混凝土宏观与微观的本质联系,为最终实现高性能混凝土的性能设计提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Macro-properties of high performance concrete (HPC) are determined by both micro-structure and composition of composite cement pastes (CCPs) used in HPC. Therefore, it is of importantly theoretical value that the evolution rules of both composition and microstructure of CCPs could be analysed quantitatively, and that the models for the relationship between composite/microstructure and macro-properties of CCPs could be built. Given this, based on the applicant's preliminary research work about the quantitative characterization and evaluation of compostion and micro-structure of CCPs, the project,through the combination of theoretical analysis, physical model-building and data-fitting, plans to use comprehensively solid-state NMR, XRD-Rietveld phase analysis, ion chromatography, energy dispersive X-ray analysis, selective dissolution methods and thermoanalysis to build models for the relationship between composition, micro-structure and mechanical properties of CCPs. The following results will be obtained such as (1) the quantitative evolution rules of both solid and liquid phases and the thermodynamic relationship model between them,(2)the relationship model between compositon/porosity and macro-strength, and (3) the relationship model between composition/molecular-structure of C-S-H and macro-strength of CCPs.These models are believed to help researchers understand deeply the essiential relationship between macro- and micro-properties, and finally supply with the theoretical support for the design of macro-properties of HPC.
