中文摘要: 本项目以当前科研热点分子计算领域为中心,研究DNA纳米颗粒计算模型系统构建、纳米微空间信息体系检测与调控和模块化集成搭建等科学问题。发挥学科交叉、实验与理论紧密结合的优势,借助高灵敏检测仪器与操纵技术,对DNA自组装纳米颗粒计算模型进行多个层次的研究。首先,通过理论建模和实验验证,设计和制备具有简单构型和性能的计算初级模型。在充分实验和精确操控的基础上,引入磁性纳米颗粒和DNA芯片等新型手段,构建集成化复杂计算体系。最后,通过模块化集成,构建多层嵌套的高并行分子计算模型。在研究阶段,通过计算模型理论建模和实验验证,深入了解和探索DNA纳米颗粒计算模型的构建和运作原理。

英文摘要: This research focuses on the field of molecular computing, including establishing DNA/Nanoparticles computing model, detecting information in nano-scale and modularization. Taking advantages of interdiscipline, combination of theory and experiment and highly sensitive devices, we will study the DNA/Nanoparticles computing model in several levels. At first, based on theoretical construction and experimental demonstration, the simple computing models will be established. Then, the new tools as magnetic nanoparticles and DNA chips will be introduced to design a more complicated computing system. Finally, through modularization and assembling, highly parallel and multi-level molecular computing model will be created. In research step, the principle of DNA/Nanoparticles computing model will be well studied.
