The cause and physical character of cell stacking and self-assembling structures are the key problems when investigating biological tissues. It has reported that the competition between the curvature elastic energy and the adhesion energy of cell membrane determines the equilibrium shapes of single cell and few cells' adhesion systems. However it is unknown whether this theory can successfully be used to explain how the biological tissues are formed by plenty of cells stacked together. So it is very significant to study the mechanical properties and formation mechanisms of biological tissues through extending the present adhesion theory which bases on two cell adhesion into a more general case: plentiful cells adhered together. In this study we concentrate on the following three parts: (1) Introducing the point group theory in the solid physics into the cell stacking system and making use of the free energy minimizing method to construct the model of the system, then using the equilibrium shape equations of the system to study the mechanical properties of different stacking structures formed by the same cells; (2) Making used of the quasicrystal theory to study the adhesive stacking system formed by the same kind of cells with different size; (3) Simulating the stacking structures formed by plentiful cells with
