中文摘要: 低温混凝土冻害防护研究中,掺和料组成与掺量对其早期水化过程中的影响一直为该领域研究的关键问题,长期以来分别研究了掺和料对低温混凝土力学性能影响及早期强度发展的预测;复合掺和料对低温混凝土水化动力学的影响;水化动力学与低温混凝土孔结构的关系;以及低温混凝土孔结构对其耐久性能的影响。目前专家一致认为应该进行掺和料粒度对低温混凝土孔结构影响的研究。 项目在前期掺和料对低温混凝土早期水化机理研究成果的基础上,提出了掺和料粒度分布对低温混凝土孔结构影响的研究。拟从不同品种掺和料出发,研究掺和料粒径、粒形以及粒度分布对低温混凝土力学性能的影响,从其力学性能状态,研究掺和料粒度分布等因素对低温混凝土微观孔结构的影响,合理运用图像颗粒度分布算法,建立颗粒度函数,达到通过优化掺和料颗粒度分布,控制低温混凝土内部孔结构以及力学性能和耐久性的目的。

英文摘要: In the study of low-temperature concrete freezing protection, the influence of the composition and content of admixture on the early hydration has been the key issue in this field. For a long time the influence of admixture on low-temperature concrete mechanical properties and the prediction of its early strength development are studied as well as the influence of compound admixture on low-temperature concrete hydration dynamics, the relationship between hydration dynamics and low-temperature concrete pore structure and the influence of low-temperature concrete pore structure on its durability. Currently, experts consistently agree that the research on the influence of admixture granularity on the low-temperature concrete pore structure shall be studied. Project proposed to study the influence of particle size distribution of admixture on low-temperature concrete pore structure, which is based on the early research results in which the influence of early admixture on early hydration mechanism is studied. Project intends to study the influence of admixture particle size, particle shape and size distribution on low -temperature concrete mechanical properties according to different varieties of admixtures as well as the influence of factors such as admixture particle size distribution on low-temperature concrete micro-pore structure according to its mechanical properties. Project intends to rationally use image particle size distribution algorithm and to establish particle function to achieve the goals that controlling the internal pore structure, mechanical properties and durability of the low-temperature concrete.
