中文摘要: 番荔枝是重要的热带果树,催花方式是把当年抽生的成熟枝条去除顶端,并将叶柄去掉,露出腋芽并接受光照才能诱导该腋芽成花,否则无法成花。这种需光诱导才能成花的生理和分子机制尚不清楚。为了探讨这种独特的成花方式,在同一个树体上,以当年抽生的生长一致的成熟枝条去除顶端后为研究对象,通过以下几种方式进行处理:去掉全部叶片、保留叶柄;保存一侧的叶片和叶柄;用不透光薄膜或不同颜色的透光薄膜对去除叶柄的腋芽进行遮光处理;并以去顶和去叶柄的枝条为对照。处理后测定不同时间点的各种处理的腋芽、腋芽附近韧皮部枝液和叶片的激素、可溶性总糖、淀粉及N、P、K含量变化,以及对开花关键基因CO、FT、FLC、SOC1、LFY、AP1、AP2在花芽分化过程中表达的分析,探明番荔枝成花的生理与分子机制,为番荔枝精简栽培提供理论基础和技术指导。

英文摘要: Annona squamosa is an important tropical fruit tree. The agricultural technique of blossom promoting is exposing its axillary buds by artificial removal of terminal buds and petioles, or it would be difficult to flower. Our preliminary research indicated that the flower formation of Annona squamosa needs photoinduction, but its mechanism is unclear yet. In order to investigate this unique way of flower formation, the current year shoots after removal of terminal buds were treated as following: (a) remove all leaves and save all petioles; (b) remove half leaves and half petioles; (c) cover axillary buds after removal of petioles using colored or opaque plastic film bags; (d) removal of terminal buds and petioles as control. The contents of hormones, total soluble sugar, starch, N, P and K in axillary buds, phloem exudates and leaves will be measured. The expression of flowering key genes CO, FT, FLC, SOC1, LFY, AP1 and AP2 in the process of flower bud differentiation will also be assayed. It might contribute to the elucidation of the physiological and molecular mechanisms of flower formation in Annona squamosa, and give theoretical and technical guidance for simplification in Annona squamosa cultivation.
