中文摘要: 效率评价是重要的管理决策行为,数据包络分析(DEA)作为效率评价领域的一种重要方法已经被广泛应用于各个领域。现有 DEA 方法无法对处于非独立、环境相关的情态之下的评价对象(即决策单元)进行效率评价。据此本项目重点研究了四个问题:(A)基于决策单元之间关联性的效率评价方法;(B)基于某子系统(即此情形下的评价对象)与其上、下游子系统关联性的效率评价方法;(C)基于决策指标(投入、产出)之间关联性的效率评价方法;(D)基于DEA效率的决策单元排序方法。上述研究取得了比较丰富的学术成果,发表(含录用)了超过三十篇学术论文,将DEA 的应用范围从简单、独立、同质的决策单元评价扩展到复杂、非独立、非同质的决策单元评价。我们将理论研究成果应用于旅游供应链的效率评价和运作优化决策中,为该独特服务类供应链管理提供有价值的决策信息,一定程度上推动 DEA 方法从理论层次走向更广阔的应用层面。

英文摘要: Efficiency evaluation is an important task in management and decision-making process. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) has been used in a wide range of areas as an important tool for efficiency evaluation. The existing DEA approaches can't be used to assess the performance of the decision making units (DMUs) under non-independent, environment-depended scenarios. Accordingly the project focuses on the following four problems: (1) the performance-assessment approach based on correlation among DMUs; (2) the performance-assessment approach based on correlation between a subsystem and its former or latter subsystem; (3) the performance-assessment approach based on correlation among inputs and outputs, and (4) the full ranking technique based on DEA efficiency scores. Plenty of academic achievements are made under the support of the project. More than 30 academic articles are published or accpeted for publication. These achievements extend DEA application from simple, independent and homogeneous DMUs to complex,non-independent, non-homogeneous DMUs. The research results are used in performance evaluation and operational optimization in tourism supply chains, and can provide valuable information for the specific service supply chains. Also the project drives DEA theories to be used in wider applications.
