中文摘要: 本项目拟以瓜环为构筑基元,选择具有光、电化学性质的农药分子、与农药分子发生竞争或协同作用的有机分子,组装瓜环基农药超分子体系,利用多种现代测试技术探索瓜环基农药超分子体系的形成规律,重点研究超分子体系组装过程中作用产物的结构特征,热力学及动力学性质,特别关注目标农药及其超分子体系的光化学及电化学性质,发现和利用瓜环与目标农药超分子体系相关组分相互作用所产生的光化学及电化学性质变化,研究组成的瓜环基超分子体系对农药分子的分析检测性能,为建立分析检测微量、痕量农药提供新途径和新方法。

英文摘要: In this project, we will design and fabricate a supramolecular assembly based on cucurbit[n]urils(Q[n]s), fluorescent and/or electrochemical properties of pesticides molecule and auxiliary or competitive organic guests. Interaction of these pesticides and/or guests with cucurbit[n]urils were studied in details by using different methods. In particular, the mechanism of action, sites of action and thermodynamics properties of pesticide in presence of cucurbiturils were also systemically investigated. Furthermore, we will pay attention to the fluorescence and electrochemical properties of the supramolecular assembly and study its determination properties. The objectives are to explore a new, rapid, simple and sensitive analytical method for pesticide residues analysis.
