中文摘要: 土壤环境中的镉污染危及食品安全,农作物对镉的吸收和积累是其进入食物链的主要方式。甘蓝型油菜是我国最重要的油料和蔬菜作物,本项目拟通过对油菜中镉的积累特性研究,筛选镉低积累品种,利用表达谱分析技术进行镉耐受及转运阻滞的分子机理初探。依据筛选重金属污染安全种植品种(PSCs)的标准,从甘蓝型油菜中筛选并确认典型的镉低积累油菜品种;以此为材料,对比分析低积累油菜与超积累植物印度芥菜镉胁迫下差异表达的基因,结合土壤环境因子效应,通过生物信息学手段筛选镉低积累调控关键基因。本研究结果为培育低积累镉的油菜品种提供相关的遗传资源和理论依据,对镉污染土壤的安全生产具有一定指导意义。

英文摘要: Cadmium in the soil environment threats to food security, uptake and accumulation of Cd by crop is the main way of Cd spread into the food chain. Brassica napus is the most important oilseed and vegetable crops in China. This project aims to screen the cd-low-accumulation genotypes and explore the molecular mechanism of Cadmium tolerance and transfer block through analyst of cadmium accumulation characteristics and expression profille. The typical Cadmium-low-accumulation genotype in Brassica napus is verified according to cadmium pollution-safe cultivars standards(PSCs); differential expression of genes are detected by comparison of the expression profiles of PSCs genotype and the hyper-accumulator plants Indian mustard unde cadimium stress; envolving the soil environment factors , the key genes involved in Cd low accumulation are explored by bioinformatics.This study is important for cultivation low accumulation Cd of rape gene type provides related theoretical basis to genetic breeding.
