中文摘要: 三线阵航空或遥感传感器所获取的三张影像是同一场景在相近时相、不同角度获取的,因此这些图像可以提供同一场景不完全相同的信息。本文研究利用这些互补的信息,在不大幅增加硬件投资的情况下,对三线阵影像进行超分辨率重建以提高其空间分辨率的关键技术和方法。利用这三张三线阵影像进行超分辨率重建的主要关键技术内容有:基于三线阵航空或遥感影像前视、正视和后视三张影像的亚像素高精度配准算法;影响三线阵影像退化的关键因素,测定三线阵影像点退化函数的关键算法;基于三线阵航空和遥感影像的超分辨率重建模型和重建算法;三线阵影像超分辨率重建效果评估。本项目如果获批准,将促进航空和遥感影像的高精度配准、以及超分辨率重建模型和算法等方面的研究,同时将在遥感图像处理、国家基础地形数据建库等等方面有着比较大的经济价值和意义。

英文摘要: The Three-Line-Scanner camera can capture three images in the direction of looking forwards, downwards and backwards from the aircraft or satellite in the same time. So we can obtain three images in the same scene. In view of this,Super-resolution technique can obtain an HR image from observed multiple low-resolution images. To improve the resolution of the Three-Line-Scanner images,there are three main points. the proposed algorithm performs joint blur identification and HR image reconstruction. The super-resolution method is composed of two main steps. Firstly, we had to improve the registration accuracy of the three-line-scanner, otherwise we can not obtain good reconstruction performance.Secondly, we had to identify the Point Spread Function of the Three-Line-Scanner .Finally,we had to good reconsrtruction effect and reconstruction result in performing blind SR image reconstruction with Three-Line-Scanner images.if the project is approved,The major advantage is that it may cost less and the existing LR imaging systems can be still utilized.
