中文摘要: 海杂波背景下海面漂浮目标和低空目标的检测问题是目前国际上的研究热点。国际上对海面漂浮目标的检测主要集中在将接收回波建模为加性模型,利用基于时间序列非线性特性的分析方法,忽略了漂浮目标的存在改变了洋流的运动规律。本项目考虑到漂浮目标的存在改变了周围海面的散射特性,将接收回波建模为非加性模型,在高维特征空间中提出多特征联合检测算法,以实现漂浮目标的有效检测。国际上对海面低空目标的检测主要集中在利用相干积累检测算法,但是海杂波的空时非平稳特性使得该算法中对杂波统计特性的估计存在较大误差,本项目采用一致性因子衡量海杂波的空时非平稳特性,利用了自适应对角加载技术估计海杂波的统计特性,以达到准确白化海杂波的目的。同时针对扩展目标模型,使用滤波器组与相干积累检测器组合来研究海杂波背景下扩展目标的检测性能,为实测海杂波的特性研究提供理论依据和算法支撑。

英文摘要: It is a hot topic to detect the floating targets on the sea surface and the aircrafts over the sea in sea clutter currently. For detecting floating targets, the current study mainly focuses on the method of nonlinear character of time series based on the additive model of received echoes, while ignoring the change of kinetic characteristic of fluid due to the existence of floating targets. In the project, considering the change of the scattering characteristic of sea surface due to the existence of floating targets, the received echoes are modeled as a non-additive model, a multi-feature united detector is proposed in the high dimensional feature space in order to detect the floating targets effectively. For detecting aircrafts over the sea, the current study is mainly contributed to the coherent integrated detection. There are significant errors when the spatially-temporally non-stationary clutter is utilized to estimate the statistical property of sea clutter. In the project, a consistency factor is uesd to measure the non-stationarity of sea clutter, and an adaptive diagonal loading estimator is adopted to estimate the statistical property so as to whiten sea clutter accurately.
