中文摘要: 开断性能是高压断路器最重要的性能指标。对于SF6断路器来说开断性能与气流场和电弧及其相互作用密切相关。现有的研究中大部分关注于仿真模型和计算。然而仿真模型和算法中均存在一定的假设和不确定性,同时又缺乏实测数据进行验证,仿真结果的可靠性仍需提高。本项目拟建立SF6断路器灭弧室性能测试平台,并开展有载开断过程中电弧温度、灭弧室内温度分布的测量方法和测量结果的实验研究。探究不同开断电流、不同预充压力、不同操作速度、不同喷管形状下电弧温度和灭弧室内温度分布及其在开断过程中的变化规律,探究SF6灭弧室弧后介质强度恢复特性和介质温度的对应关系,以及通过介质温度表征弧后介质强度恢复特性的方法。同时,开展SF6开断过程中气流场的仿真建模和计算分析的研究,通过与实验结果的相互校验,对实验和仿真方法进行完善和提高。为进一步提高SF6断路器的开断性能在研究方法上奠定基础。

英文摘要: Breaking capability is the most important performance of high voltage circuit breakers. The breaking capability of SF6 circuit breaker is closely related to gas flow field, arc and their interactions. The existing researches are mostly focus on simulation model and calculation. However, all the simulation models and arithmetic have some extent assumption and uncertainty, and at the same time, there is short of test data to verify, the reliability of the simulation still should be improved. This project plan to establish an interrupter performance test platform of SF6 circuit breaker, and carry out the research on the measurement method and test results of temperature distribution of arc and inside the interrupter during on-load breaking operation. To explore the temperature distribution of arc and inside the interrupter and their variation law under different breaking current, different preset pressure, different operating velocity, and different nozzle shape. To investigate the relation between the dielectric strength recovery characteristics and the post arc temperature of the dielectric, and the characterization method of dielectric strength by the temperature of the dielectric. At the same time, the simulation model and arithmetic of the gas flow field during breaking operation of SF6 circuit breaker will be researched, and the test and simulation method will be improved through the mutual verification between test and simulation. This research will establish a foundation of research method to enhance the breaking capability of SF6 circuit breaker.
