中文摘要: 本项目通过对镧钡钴氧(LBCO)薄膜工艺参数的摸索和控制,实现单一相结构的LBCO薄膜材料的制备,揭示镧离子和钡离子有序排列、无序排列和局域有序排列相结构的LBCO薄膜的低温磁学和电输运性质的基本规律和物理机制。以不同基片上单一相结构的LBCO薄膜材料为出发点,探讨应力对薄膜微结构、磁学和电输运性质等的影响及相关的物理机制。在此基础之上,探讨具有比例可控的混合相结构LBCO薄膜材料的微结构和低温物理特性,并通过应力调节,实现对LBCO 薄膜材料性能的优化可控,为将来利用这种材料开发新器件提供必要的理论和实验依据。

英文摘要: Highly epitaxial single-phase Lanthanum Barium cobalt Oxide (LBCO) thin films with different A-site cation distribution (ordered,disordered or nano-order) will be achieved on selected substrates by designing and optimizing the growth conditions. The relationships between the phase structure and the low temperature magnetic and transport properties of the LBCO thin films will be revealed by using transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and physical property measurement system. The single-phase LBCO thin films on different substrates will be used to further analysis the stain effect on low temperature magnetic and transport properties. Furthermore, we will study the microstructure and low temperature physical properties of the engineered mix-phase LBCO thin films which the different phase rate can be adjusted. Moreover, by strain adjusting on the engineered mix-phase LBCO thin films, the optimized physical properties can be obtained. Our efforts on this research will pave the road to the achievement of the LBCO based electronic elements.
