中文摘要： 以区域经济一体化和中国企业实施"走出去"战略为背景，以促进中国企业跨国经营为主题，以西南边境省区企业跨境合作为主线，以提高跨境合作绩效为目标，针对中国改革开放后，西南边境省区企业跨境合作历程、现状与特征，运用企业跨国合作理论、协同论、演化理论、企业绩效管理理论与方法，深入研究西南边境省区企业的跨境合作问题，分析跨境合作演化过程，剖析演化机制，揭示跨境合作的关键成功因素，构建提升跨境合作绩效的理论模式，并选择广西、云南企业的跨境合作案例进行实证研究。项目研究成果不仅丰富和发展了发展中国家经济相对落后的少数民族集中居住的边境省区企业与欠发达国家企业跨境合作理论内容，而且能为促进西南边境省区企业的跨境合作，尤其是促进跨境合作过程中的管理创新，提高合作绩效，并为西南边境省区企业跨境合作过程中进行政府管理创新提供理论依据与方法论支持，对中国其他边境省区企业开展跨境合作的决策与具体实施提供直接参考。

英文摘要： Based on regional economic integration and the Chinese enterprises "going out" strategy, this project on cross-border cooperation between Chinese southwest border provinces' enterprises and neighbors' enterprises will be studied. In order to improve the cross-border cooperation performance of Chinese southwest border provinces' enterprises and neighbors' enterprises, using enterprises' cross-border cooperation theory, collaborative theory, evolution theory, corporate performance management theory and methods, the cross-border cooperation issue of Chinese southwest border provinces' enterprises and neighbors' enterprises will be analyzed after China's reform and opening up. In this project, we will also study cross-border cooperation evolution process, evolutionary mechanisms, critical success factors(CSF), and performance improvement model of Chinese southwest border provinces' enterprises and neighbors' enterprises. Finally, we plan to select a great deal of cross-border cooperation cases of Chinese southwest border provinces' enterprises and neighbors' enterprises to check up above evolutionary mechanisms and performance improvement model.
