中文摘要: 大数据对经济社会发展具有重要战略意义,其发展的关键在于商业模式。把握此次技术变革的机遇,中国需要建立自主可控的大数据产业链。为此,从微观、中观、宏观三个角度开展研究。(1)商业模式研究。在梳理国内外现有商业模式基础上,构建影响因素指标体系;通过专家访谈及问卷调查收集数据,并进行统计检验,确定关键成功因素;结合实际情况,构建理想的商业模式,并分析商业模式演进的动力及路径。(2)产业链治理研究。分析产业链构成,并研究中国大数据产业链的优劣势及国际竞争策略;运用演化博弈理论,研究产业链竞合的稳定性及收益分配;通过对交易复杂度、信息可编程程度及企业能力分析,设计产业链治理模式及机制。(3)公共政策研究。个人数据方面,提出构建个人数据交易市场体系,研究个人数据的交易许可机制、隐私保护机制及金融衍生产品;公共数据方面,提出构建公共数据开放平台体系,研究公共数据的开放类型、开放方式及配套政策。

英文摘要: Big data has important strategic significance for economic and social development, the key factor of big data development lies in the business model, rather than technology. To grasp the opportunities of this technological change, China needs to build the industrial chain with the technical autonomy. Therefore, this article researches on the big data from the three research angles of micro, meso and macro. The research contents are as follows: (1) Studied on the business model of the big data. Construct the index system of the factors based on combing the existing business model domestic and abroad. Collect data through expert interviews and questionnaires and conduct statistical tests to determine the critical success factors. Build an ideal business model by combining with the actual situation. Analyze the evolution power and paths of the big data business models. (2) Studied on the industry chain governance of big data. Analyze the strangeness and weakness of the big data industry chain and international competitive strategies based on studying the industry chain constitution. Use the evolutionary game theory to study the industrial chain stability of the competition and cooperation and income distribution.
