中文摘要: 感知健康与智慧医疗是目前国家医疗卫生事业发展的重要方向,也是国家医改新政的重要组成部分。体外诊察信息感知具有无损伤、无疼痛、准确度高、成本低廉、速度快捷、操作便利等显著优点,符合我国国情,意义重大。但目前体外诊察感知还处于单一、有限的状态。考虑到医学诊断综合分析的特点,急需研发面向人类健康的体外诊察的感知。同时解决医学诊断现代化研究中面临的数字化、标准化、可重复性和可扩展性等瓶颈问题。针对上述问题,本项目提出“面向人类健康的体外诊察信息感知与计算方法研究”,从具有广度(多源多模)的全方位体外诊察“四觉”感知(包括视觉感知、听觉感知、嗅觉感知和(广义)触觉感知)入手,实现面向人类健康的多层次信息融合(包括感知融合,特征融合,匹配融合及决策融合)计算。同时,建立面向人类健康的体外诊察信息分析应用平台。本项目有助于推动我国医学诊断现代化领域源头性创新,具有重要的社会意义和经济意义。

英文摘要: Sensing health, wisdom medicare is an important direction for the development of national health, and an important part of the new deal of the national health care reform. Human body information perception has significant advantages, i.e. non-invasive, painless, high accuracy, low cost, etc., which is in line with China's national conditions. However, currently, human body information perception is in a limited condition, and has some bottleneck problems, such as standardization, repeatability and scalability problems. In response to these bottlenecks, the project aims to propose novel human body information perception and fusion techniques for human health. We will start from the multi-source and multi-mode information perception, and to realize the all-round-aware information fusion. Finally, we will establish a platform based on the calculation and analysis of the human body information. This project will help to promote a modern source of innovation in the field of medical diagnosis,which has important social and economic significance.
