中文摘要: 网络不仅仅是技术设施,更是现实社会的延伸。面对网络社会的协作问题,工作流技术的研究应该全面考虑协作主体和环境的社会属性。本项目基于工作流、服务计算、社会计算、社会科学等领域取得的成果,深入研究其中若干关键技术问题。主要包括:基于多社会因素的工作流任务分派机制和算法,平衡工作流管理对效率和人性化的需求;社会关系对虚拟组织信誉聚合问题的影响;基于信任、信誉和社会关系的业务过程伙伴搜索和选择算法。通过以上研究,使工作流系统能够更好地支持网络社会中开放、异构、动态环境下可信的跨组织协作。 研究成果将促进相关学科和技术的融合发展,为开发新型工作流系统提供关键的方法和技术支撑,拓宽工作流技术的应用范围,在电子政务、电子商务和企业信息化等领域具有广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: Network is not only a kind of technical infrastructure, but also the extension of our real society. Faced with the collaboration problems in network society, workflow technology should be researched fully involving the social attributes of collaborative subjects and the environment. Based on theoretical and applied achievements of workflow, Service Computing, Social Computing and Social Sciences fields, some key technologies to solve these problems will be explored deeply in this project. Firstly, a task assignment mechanism and algorithm will be researched deeply involving multi social attributes, so that workflow management and scheduling become more humanized while more effective. After that, social relation’s influence on reputation aggregation of virtual organization will be evaluated. Finally, based on trust, reputation and social relationship, the mechanism and algorithms for partner search and selection of business process will be explored, so that WFMS can support a credible cross-organizational collaboration preferably in an open, heterogeneous and dynamic environment of network society.
