中文摘要: 本课题开展移动亲和界面(MAB)的理论、方法及其生物医药初步应用研究,内容包括:1、亲和配体与受体特异性相互作用形成的MAB实验模型和方法的建立;2、MAB理论模型建立、亲和界面迁移规律的理论和实验研究;3、亲和复合物(ACB)迁移规律的理论和实验研究;4、受体分子在MAB系统中的传质机理;5、MAB技术在生物医药(如氨基酸、多肽等)中的初步应用的研究。意义在于:1、为亲和毛细管电泳(ACE)的研究与应用提供探索的新方法;2、显著提高ACE的选择性和检测灵敏度;3、拓展移动反应界面(MRB)研究内容和应用领域;4、为复杂生物样品中痕量特定组分及潜在疾病标志物提供高灵敏高选择性检测的新途径。

英文摘要: The purposes of this project are to develop the theory and method of moving affinity boundary (MAB) and its application in biomedicine. The researches include: 1. the development of the experimental model and method of MAB formed by the specific interaction between affinity ligand and receptor; 2. the foundation of the theoretical model of MAB and the study of the moving of affinity boundary (AB)by theory and experiment; 3. the theoretical and experimental research of the moving of affinity complexation boundary (ACB); 4. the mass transfer mechanism of receptor in MAB system; 5. the preliminary application of MAB in biomedicine (e.g. amino acids, peptide etc.). The project holds significances for: 1. providing the new method for the study and application of affinity capillary electrophoresis (ACE); 2. significantly improve the selectivity and sensitivity of ACE; 3. expanding the the area of research and application of moving reaction boundary (MRB); 4. providing high sensitive and selective method for the specific target at trace level in complex biological sample and the potential disease markers.
