中文摘要: 肺结节是早期肺癌最重要的临床表现之一,只有充分认识结节的特征,正确评价结节的性质才能使恶性结节的患者得到及时的手术治疗,又能使良性结节的病人避免不必要的手术。 计算机辅助诊断技术充分利用计算机在解决重复劳动和定量分析方面的优势,能有效降低医生的阅片负担,提高疾病的诊断准确率、降低漏诊和误诊。开展肺结节良恶性计算机辅助诊断研究有着重要的临床意义。本项目面向肺癌早期诊断,以肺结节良恶性计算机辅助诊断中的关键技术为研究对象,以提高结节良恶性诊断准确率和诊断效率为研究目标,对肺结节分割方法、肺结节医学征象提取与量化方法以及肺结节分类等关键技术进行研究。重点研究具有临床诊断意义的肺结节医学征象的提取及量化方法,探索结节医学征象和其他特征之间的相互关系以及结节特征和结节良、恶性之间的相关性。设计一套肺结节良恶性计算机辅助诊断系统以提高肺癌早期诊断的准确率和效率。

英文摘要: Pulmonary nodule is one of the most important clinic manifestation in the early stage of lung cancer. Identify the characteristics of the pulmonary nodule as well as accurately evaluate its properties can not only help the patients with malignant nodule to do the operation timely, but also avoid the surgery for patients with benign nodule. The computer-aided diagnosis, which take full advantage of the computers in solving repetitive work and quantitive analysis, can effectively lessen the load for the doctors, increase the accuracy for disease diagnosis and reduce the frequency of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. It is significant to develop the research on computer-aided diagnosis to estimate the characteristics for the nodules in clinical diagnosis.The object in this study is the key technology of computer aided diagnosis for distinction between benign and malignant pulmonary nodules in CT scans. Our purpose in this study is to improve the diagnostic accuracy and efficiency of distinction between benign and malignant nodules in CT scans. The pulmonary nodule segmentation, tha Characteristic and classifier of nodules are researche content in the study.
