中文摘要: 本项目以光纤传感技术在航空碳纤维复合材料结构健康监测领域的应用需求为背景,拟从碳纤维复合材料腐蚀环境、腐蚀状态监测角度,探索实现基于多参量协同机制的光纤碳纤维复合材料腐蚀状态监测机制及其腐蚀预测模型。其研究内容分为以下三个方面:①研究多场耦合条件下光纤传感碳纤维复合材料腐蚀环境状态监测模型,考察多场耦合条件下温湿度、酸碱度等不同腐蚀环境参量对碳纤维复合材料腐蚀进程的影响;②研究光纤集成传感碳纤维复合材料腐蚀状态多尺度监测机理及其传感模型,着重考察C/SiC物质消耗、结构刚度变化与腐蚀损伤状态的理论模型;③构建多参量协同光纤碳纤维复合材料腐蚀状态监测及其腐蚀预测模型,采用多参量协同技术建立腐蚀特征参量与腐蚀程度之间的理论关联,实现对典型碳纤维复合材料结构腐蚀状态的多尺度动态评估监测。本项目的研究对促进光纤结构健康监测技术在航空碳纤维复合材料损伤监测领域的应用具有重要意义。

英文摘要: For meeting the application need of optical fiber sensing technology in carbon fiber composite material structural health monitoring field, a distributed optical fiber intelligent monitoring system for carbon fiber composite material corrosion based on multi-information fusion technology and its corrosion prediction model is proposed in this project in the view of corrosion state and corrosive environment monitoring . The study is divided into three parts: (1) A fiber optic sensing carbon fiber composites corrosion environment status monitoring model is constructed under the multi-field coupling condition. The impact to carbon fiber composite material corrosion process induced by some corrosion environment parameters such as temperature, humidity, pH and salinity is studied. (2) An integrated optical fiber monitoring technology for carbon fiber composite material corrosion is researched of which is focused on the theoretical model of the C/SiC consumption, structural stiffness change and corrosion damage state. (3) A distributed optical fiber monitoring system for carbon fiber composite material corrosion based on multi-parameter collaboration technology and its corrosion prediction model is proposed by establishing the relationship of the corrosion characteristic parameters and the corrosion degree so as to rea
