中文摘要: 生物沥浸技术以其在污泥脱水和重金属脱除方面的高效环保优势,成为污泥减量和资源化极有应用前景的先进处理技术,并逐步走上了产业化道路。本项目针对污泥生物沥浸后期重金属脱除率下降的现象,紧紧抓住嗜酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans)氧化Fe(II)生物成矿的主线,对沥浸中形成的次生矿物进行鉴定。结合污泥DOM和H2O体系的模拟实验,重点考察沥浸过程中污泥水溶性有机质和一价阳离子对矿物形成的影响。在此基础上,进一步以沥浸中存在的纯矿物(包括已发现的施威特曼石和黄铁矾等)为代表对污泥中已溶出的可溶性重金属进行吸附和共沉淀实验,同时采用正交试验方法研究污泥生物沥浸主要运行参数对次生矿物类型和质量影响。揭示污泥生物沥浸中次生矿物的形成及其对重金属脱除的影响机制,为调控次生矿物的生成和提高重金属脱除效率提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Sludge bioleching, a novel pre-treatment technology in improving sludge dewaterability and the removal of sludge-borne metals,is successfully being applied to environmental engineering. In the light of the phenomonen that the removal efficiency of sludge-borne metals declined with the increase of bioleaching time,this proposal will investigate secondary iron mineral formation facilitated by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and its effect on heavy metal sorption. Firstly,newly-formed secondary iron hydroxysulfate in sludge bioleaching system is identified. Then, the effect of dissolved organic matter (DOM) and monovalent cations in bioleached sludge soultion on the formation of secondary iron minerals is explored in simulated bioleaching system with sludge DOM and/or pure H20 as medium. Futhermore,co-precipitation and adsorption of already-solubilized sludge-borne heavy metals by pure iron hydroxysulfate minerals including shwertmannite and jarosite are assessed. In addition, bioloeaching operation parameter influence on types and quantities of secondary iron hydroxysulfate are also investigated.The outcome of the proposed project is helpful in controlling the formation of these secondary iron minerals and enhancing the removal efficiencies of sludge-borne metals by bioleaching.
