中文摘要: 智能配电网是遍布电源和负荷的复杂网络,其安全可靠性直接关系到国计民生,但已有电力系统脆弱性研究成果集中在输电网络,难以适用于智能配电网,对智能配网脆弱性研究的需求已显得十分迫切。为此,本项目拟借鉴复杂网络理论的思想与方法,探索智能配电网脆弱性分析与评估方法及其应用:构建具有智能配电网特征的复杂网络模型,提出刻画其结构、功能与运行特点的模型参量;分别从静态仿真分析与动态仿真分析的角度,建立综合考虑拓扑特征与电气特性的脆弱性度量方法;基于信息融合,构建集成静态分析与动态分析的脆弱性综合评估模型与算法;在此基础上,从网架结构优化、分布式电源入网位置和孤岛划分等方面,提出结合脆弱性评估的网络优化方法。力争在智能配电网的复杂网络模型及其参量构建、脆弱性度量方法、脆弱性综合评估模型与算法、网络优化方法等方面取得原创性的理论成果,为智能配电网脆弱性理论的构建及其应用提供支撑。

英文摘要: The safety and reliability of the smart distribution grid emerging as a complex network with high penetration of distributed generation and widespread loads performs a vital role in the nation's economy and the people's livelihood. Research into its vulnerability is an overwhelmingly urgent task because vulnerability study on the power grid have been targeted at transmission networks and the research findings are ineffective for smart distribution grids. This project focuses on exploring the vulnerability analysis and evaluation approach and its application for smart distribution grids based on complex network theory. We will try to construct the complex network model with the characteristics of the smart distribution grid and the corresponding parameters describing its topology, function and state;found the vulnerability metrics under consideration of its topology and electrical performance by means of improved static and dynamic simulation analysis methods respectively;establish the information fusion-based vulnerability evaluation model and algorithm by combining static analysis with dynamic analysis;develop the network optimization strategy with consideration for the vulnerability evaluation from grid structure optimization, location for installation of distributed generation and island partition. Our purpose is to gain the original research results on the complex network model and its parameters, vulnerability metrics, vulnerability evaluation model and algorithm and network optimization aiming at the smart distribution grid in order to support the construction and application of smart distribution grid vulnerability theory.
