中文摘要: 共价有机聚合物多孔材料是一类由C、N、B等元素通过共价键连接而形成的多孔材料,具有均一刚性孔道、高比表面积和大孔体积,且孔结构和化学特性可调,具备作为优良吸附材料的潜力。但这类材料吸附有机物的研究仅限于甲基橙等染料,未见系统报道。抗生素药物污染构成潜在生态风险,亟待进行有效控制。我们的前期研究结果表明,具有三嗪结构单元的共价有机聚合物多孔材料对磺胺甲噁唑等抗生素化合物显示优良吸附性能,但相关研究未见报道,其中的作用机制尚不明确。本项目拟系统研究共价有机聚合物多孔材料对典型抗生素药物的吸附作用机制。合成以硼和氮为骨架的共价有机聚合物多孔材料;通过控制合成条件及表面官能化反应调变其孔道结构和表面酸碱性。研究典型抗生素化合物在材料上的吸附、脱附行为,阐明吸附机理,揭示材料结构和表面化学特性与其抗生素吸附效能间的关联规律,为发展可高效富集和去除水中抗生素化合物的新型吸附材料提供理论指导和技术支撑。

英文摘要: As a group of novel porous materials, covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are expected to be potential effective adsorbent based on their uniform pore structure, high surface area and large pore volume. However, adsorption of organic pollutants on covalent organic frameworks has not been systematically investigated. Antibiotics pollution causes ecological risk and demands effective control. Our preliminary experimental results revealed that covalent triazine frameworks showed high ability to adsorb sulfamethoxazole from aqueous solution. Yet there is no report of adsorption of antibiotics on covalent organic frameworks so far, and the intrinsic mechanism remains unclear. The objective of this project is to systematically investigate the adsorption mechanism of typical antibiotic chemicals on covalent organic frameworks. Two groups of covalent organic frameworks will be prepared with B3O3 ring and triazine ring in respective framework, and surface-functionalized covalent organic frameworks with various surface polarity and acidity/alkalinity will be obtained via surface chemical reactions. Adsorption-desorption behaviors of typical antibiotic chemicals on covalent organic frameworks will be systematically studied, the adsorption mechanism will be elucidated, and the relationships between the structural and surface
