中文摘要: 对A-TIG焊接进行的大量前期研究发现:活性焊接时控制熔池中的活性元素含量、改变熔池表面张力原有的依赖关系使得熔池流场发生改变是活性焊接时熔深增加的关键因素。基于以上研究结果提出了一种准确控制焊缝中氧含量的方法-激光辅助活性焊接法。 需要找到一个活性元素含量的平衡点,既可以增加焊接熔深,提高金属可焊性,又可以使焊接材料的性能不发生变化;并对活性元素氧含量及其存在形式与焊接熔池行为的关系进行深入研究。采用理论分析、数值模拟与实验验证相结合的方法,以期弄清焊接材料中最佳的氧含量作用范围,建立有效新型活性焊接法,彻底弄清活性焊接的熔深增加机理,为活性焊接的应用提供理论指导。

英文摘要: On the basis of much previous studies on A-TIG welding, it is found that the key factor why there is depth increase in A-TIG welding is to control the content of active elements in the molten pool, and to change the original dependencies of molten pool surface tension, which will change the fluid flow of molten pool. Considering the results above, a new method to precisely control the content of Oxygen in the weld is introduced, which is Laser Activating flux Welding method. With this method, if an optimal content of active elements could be found, the penetration would increase, the weldability would get enhanced, and also the properties of welding materials would not change. What' s more, further study is to be done on the content, the existence form of oxygen, and its relationship with the behavior of molten pool. The methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental validation are used to make clear the optimal content of oxygen in welding materials, to build an effective new activating flux welding method, to gain a clear idea on the mechanism of penetration increase, which would offer a theoretical direction for the application of active welding.
