中文摘要: 饮用水源中的内分泌干扰物(EDCs)对人类健康构成严重危害,研究EDCs脱除技术成为是一项亟待解决的重要课题。本项目针对传统净水方法无法脱除痕量EDCs的现状,拟采用一种新型酶-电耦合催化技术,将电化学过程与亲水性天然有机物(HNOM)强化酶催化聚合脱除EDCs过程耦合,实现同时高效脱除痕量EDCs和HNOM。该项目重点研究:1)通过生物酶和电子媒介物正移氧气还原电势和强化电子传递过程,提高电生成H2O2浓度和电流效率,并探讨酶电催化过程的电子传递途径;2)通过分析酶催化交叉偶联过程中HNOM结构特征变化和EDCs转移途径,推测酶催化过程自由基产生途径和聚合反应的C-C/C-O-C键合机制;3)进一步对酶-电化学耦合催化去除水中EDCs和HNOM体系进行条件优化、过程调控和水质安全性评估。通过本项目研究,有望为处理饮用水源中的痕量EDCs和HNOM提供一种新技术平台。

英文摘要: Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) in drinking water resource has posed a serious threat to human health,the research of EDCs removal method has become an important and urgent issue. As the conventional water purification method are difficult to remove trace EDCs from water,this project proposes to adopt a novel electro-enzymatic coupling method, which coupled with electrochemical process and enzyme-drived polymerization process of removing EDCs in the presence of hydrophilic natural organic matter (HNOM), for removal of trace quantities of EDCs from drinking water resource. The research projects focus on: 1) improving electro-generated H2O2 concentration and current efficiency through addition of emzyme and electron transfer intermedium, which can positively shift the potential of oxygen reduction and enchance the electron transfer process, and discussing the pathway of electron transfer in electro-enzymatic process; 2) speculating the free radical production pathway and the C-C/C-O-C bonding mechanism of polymerization reaction in enzymatic catalysis process through researching HNOM's structural and characteristic change and transformation pathway of EDCs. 3) further doing conditional optimization, process control and water quality safety assessment of EDCs and HNOM removal in electro-enzymatic cross-coupl
