中文摘要: 铁电陶瓷堆在高功率脉冲电源、大应变换能器和高储能电容器等器件中有重要的应用。铁电陶瓷堆沿面闪络击穿问题是应用中需要解决的技术瓶颈,提高铁电陶瓷堆的沿面闪络电压将有助于提高输出功率和工作可靠性。 铁电陶瓷堆中,由铁电陶瓷、绝缘封装材料和金属电极交汇形成的三相点,是引起铁电陶瓷堆沿面闪络电击穿的重要原因之一。本项目研究铁电陶瓷堆的组成材料性能和界面状态对三相点电场分布和电场增强效应的影响,研究三相点的电子发射机理和发射特性。分析影响铁电陶瓷堆三相点电场强度增强和电子发射的材料和物理因素。在此基础上,研究消除三相点的电子发射、提高铁电陶瓷堆沿面闪络电压的技术途径。该项目研究工作将有助于确定造成铁电陶瓷堆沿面闪络击穿的原因和条件,为探索提高铁电陶瓷沿面闪络电压的方法提供科学理论依据和技术指导。

英文摘要: Ferroelectric ceramic piles have important applied prospect in the fields of high electric pulse power, large strain transducer and density energy capacitor etc. Flashover of ferroelectric ceramic pile is a bottleneck which needs to overcome in the practical application. The out put power and the reliability will be enhanced by raising breakdown voltage of ferroelectric ceramic pile. The triples points of ferroelectric ceramic pile, which jointed with ferroelectric ceramics, insulation packaging materials and metal electrodes, is one of primary reasons that account for the flashover. The present project will research the effects of ferroelectric ceramics, packaging materials and the interfacial states on the electric field distortion and in turn set off the electric field enhancement at the triple points of ferroelectric ceramic pile. The electron emission mechanism and properties of triple points of ferroelectric ceramic pile will be investigated. The effects from material and physical factors on electric emission of triple point will be analyzed. Based on the studies above, the test method and technological approaches to reduce the electron emission and raise flashover voltage will be researched as well.
