中文摘要: 无刷双馈感应电机( brushless doubly fed induction machine,BDFIM)是一种新型电机,该电机无刷且所需变流器容量小,故可以提高系统可靠性并降低成本,因而在大功率变速恒频风力发电领域及变速传动领域具有广阔的应用前景。目前,对该电机控制策略的研究是使其走向工程实用的关键之一。本项目重点研究了BDFIM的两种控制策略。主要内容:1、推导了功率绕组和控制绕组双静止坐标系的数学模型,利用该模型,可在两个定子绕组各自的静止坐标系完成磁链和转矩的计算;2、根据BDFIM的特点构建了开关表并利用上述模型,构建了BDFIM基于直接转矩控制策略的控制器;3、在理论分析的基础上,提出了BDFIM间接转矩控制策略,构建了控制器。样机稳态及动态实验结果验证了上述两种控制策略的可行性。这两种控制策略均无需旋转坐标变换,避免了由此带来的误差,使系统更加简单可靠。其中,间接转矩控制低频时转矩脉动和电流脉动更小。4、推导了BDFIM功率绕组无功功率和控制绕组磁链之间的关系,仿真实现了间接转矩控制系统无功功率的控制。5、提出一种异步启动牵入同步的方法,仿真表明该方法减小了牵入电流。

英文摘要: The brushless doubly fed induction machine (BDFIM) is a new type of AC machine. Due to the advantages of brushless operation and less capacity of the inverter, the BDFIM has great potential applications in AC adjustable-speed drive and adjustable speed constant frequency power systems. For the moment, the study of control strategies is one of the keys that to move BDFIM toward engineering practical. This project lays emphasis on researching two control strategies for BDFIM. Main contents: 1. A static two-axis model is deduced. By using this model, the flux and torque can be estimated in their respective stationary reference frames. 2. A switch table is constructed according to the characteristics of BDFIM. And a controller based on the BDFIM direct torque control strategy is constructed using the switch table and the model mentioned above. 3. A indirect stator-quantities control strategy for the BDFIM is proposed and the controller base on the theoretical analysis is created. The steady and dynamic experimental results on the prototype verified the feasibility of the two strategies. The rotation coordinate transformation is not required in both of the control strategies. So the related errors can be avoided, and the system structure becomes simpler and more reliable. In both of two strategies, the torque ripple and current ripple is smaller in the indirect stator-quantities control at low Frequencies. 4. The relationship between the reactive power of power winding and the control winding flux is deduced. And the simulation results show that the reactive power of power winding can be controlled in indirect stator-quantities control system; 5.A method for starting a BDFIM is proposed, which starting a BDFIM at asynchronous mode and pulling into synchronized mode. The simulation results show that the pull in current is reduced by using the method.
