中文摘要: 该项目是本项目组关于高原山地人居环境的系列研究。项目将在前期研究基础上,基于生态适应性理论,以可持续发展为目标,针对高原湖泊与周边人居环境的相互适应关系,突出高原湖泊水环境容量等核心自然生态资源作用力,重点对环高原湖泊人居环境所处自然环境生态适应性、景观格局特征等进行量化分析研究,为生态空间区划划分及建设策略制定奠定科学依据;建构环高原湖泊人居环境的生态空间区划,确定区域城镇空间整体利用的战略划分策略,建立有效而适宜的资源配置调节方式;研究并提出环高原湖泊人居环境保护与开发建设策略,包括从宏观到中微观的基于生态原则的环湖景观格局优化、人居环境结构优化、建设模式与方法三个层面。本项目将结合生态学、景观学等学科优势,运用GIS、景观格局、层次分析等量化方法,以生态环境与人居环境的相互关系为本,以环高原湖泊人居环境为研究切入点,为可持续发展的高原山地人居环境建设提供理论与实践的科学依据。

英文摘要: This project is a very important part of the research on the human settlement on the plateaus. The project will be based on the theory of ecological adaptation to achieve the goal of sustainable development of the human settlement around the plateau lakes. It will focus on the quantify analysis of the natural environment ecological adaptability and landscape pattern in Central Plateau Lakes human settlement ,meanwhile, stressing the water environment capacity of plateau lakes and other natural ecological conditions. Then we will construct the ecological space division of human settlement round the plateau lakes so as to develop the space division strategy of the whole area with the contents of effective and appropriate way to regulate the allocation of resources. We will also formulate the development and construction strategies for the human settlement round the plateau lakes, which based on the principles of ecological landscape pattern optimization for the round plateau lakes environment. We also focus on human settlement structural optimization and building models and methods for such three levels from the micro to the macro. To provide the theory and practice experiences of human settlements construction of plateaus with scientific basis, we will stress on the interdependency between the ecological environment and the human settlement, and start our research from the human settlement round the plateau lakes by the way of combining the advantages of ecology and landscape science. We will make full use of the technological method of GIS and analysis hierarchy process to conduct the research.
