中文摘要: 高Nb含量的第三代TiAl合金在飞机和汽车工业具有良好的应用前景,但是关于其高温高周疲劳性能目前国际上鲜有报道。Nb元素是影响TiAl合金疲劳性能的主要原因之一。Nb通过改变层错能而影响TiAl合金的疲劳性能。关于Nb对TiAl合金层错能的影响存在矛盾的认识,一种观点认为Nb的加入提高了TiAl合金的层错能,另一种观点与之相反。本项目拟采用两种Nb含量的片层结构TiAl合金为研究对象,在400℃、600℃和800℃三个温度下进行高温高周疲劳试验,得到合金的高温疲劳强度。利用SEM对疲劳断口进行细致观察,确定TiAl合金高温疲劳裂纹的萌生机制。利用TEM对位错组态和层错进行研究,定量分析Nb元素对TiAl合金层错能的影响。本项目的研究将揭示Nb对TiAl合金高温疲劳性能的影响机制。这不仅对深入理解TiAl合金的疲劳性能有重要意义,而且在飞机和汽车工业领域也有重要的应用价值。

英文摘要: The third generation TiAl alloy with a high Nb content has a good prospect in the airplane and automobile industries. But there is no literature published about thier high temperature and high cycle fatigue properties. The element Nb is one of the important reasons that affect the fatigue properties of TiAl alloy. The addition of Nb element can change the stack fault energy (SFE) of TiAl alloy, accordingly, its fatigue property is changed. There exist contrary viewpoints about the effet of Nb element on the SFE of TiAl alloy. One point of view considers that the SFE of TiAl alloy is enhanced by the addition of Nb element, the other viewpoint is contrary. The current project will reaserch the high temperature fatigue properties of TiAl alloy with two kinds of Nb content. The high cycle fatigue properties of TiAl alloy at 400℃, 600℃ and 800℃ will be researched. The fatigue crack initiation mechanism will be studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the transmission electron microscope (TEM) will be used to study the dislocation configuration and stack fault. The effect of Nb element on SFE of TiAl alloy will be analysed quantitatively.
