中文摘要: 本课题研究内部配置型钢的钢管高性能混凝土组合构件在压弯扭剪复合受力状态下的工作机理和设计方法,具体对象为配置工字型钢和十字型钢的圆形及矩形钢管混凝土组合构件,研究此类构件分别在压、弯、扭、剪各种荷载工况单一及复合作用下的力学性能和工作机理,通过各种典型荷载工况下该类组合构件的试验研究,细致分析和测试受力全过程中内部型钢、核心混凝土及外钢管三者之间的受力特性,研究其共同工作性能,明晰其工作机理。同时,建立其有限元数值模型,对试验试件进行数值模拟分析,用本课题及其他研究者已有的试验数据来校验数值模型,同时进一步对该类构件的受力特性进行微观分析,细致剖析其在各种荷载工况下的变形特征和典型的破坏形式。基于前述数值模型,进行工程常用参数范围内的此类组合构件在各种荷载工况下力学性能的参数分析,最终提供内配型钢的钢管混凝土构件的各种荷载工况下的设计公式,完善内配型钢钢管混凝土组合构件的设计理论。

英文摘要: This project will study the mechanical mechanism and design approach of high performance concrete-filled steel tubular members with inner profiled steel under combined compression, bending, torsion and shear loads. The objects are circular and rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular composite members with the structural steel of I-steel or cross section, respectively. The behavior and mechanical mechanism of those compsite members will be researched under one type of the above loads or combined various loads. The behavior of the three components of the composite members, that are inner profiled steel, core concrete and steel tube, should be analyzed and tested carefully under various experiments with every typical load combination. The mechanical performance and mechanism should be investigated based on those experimental research. A finite element model will be developed to simulated the peroformance of the tested specimens. The model should be verified by the above experiments and the others. A micro analysis should be performed to reveal the deformations and typical failure modes of the composite members under various load combinations.
