中文摘要: PM2.5(空气动力学直径小于2.5μm的颗粒物,简称为PM2.5或PM2.5粉尘)已成为煤矿、非煤矿山等行业乃至大气环境污染的突出问题。PM2.5的形成、发展及演变机理目前尚无定论,尤其是PM2.5颗粒群的碰撞、凝并、破碎、冷凝/蒸发、成核以及沉积等细观动力学演变特性的研究几乎属于空白,这直接影响着PM2.5脱除技术的深入发展。本项目采用 Monte-Carlo算法、两相湍流概率密度函数模型相耦合的手段,建立多维多相PM2.5颗粒群湍流模拟体系,同时搭建静电除尘、布袋除尘以及喷雾除尘三种基本除尘方式的显微三维粒子图像测速实验台,通过数值计算和实验研究相结合的手段,实现多维多相湍流颗粒群细观行为的数值仿真,深刻揭示PM2.5颗粒群的碰撞、凝并、破碎、冷凝/蒸发、成核以及沉积等动力学演变特性,确定静电除尘、布袋除尘以及喷雾除尘三种基本除尘方式下的PM脱除效率与相关影响因素的量化关系。

英文摘要: PM2.5(Particles that aerodynamic diameter less than 2.5μm, referred to as the PM2.5 or the PM2.5 dust) has become a prominent pollution problem in mines, coal-fired power plants and other industries as well as the atmospheric environment. There is no definite conclusion about the formation, development and evolution mechanism of PM2.5. Especially, the micro-evolution characteristics such as collision, coagulation, breaking, condensation/evaporation, nucleation and deposition of PM2.5 particles group has hardly been studied, which could postpone the depth development of the PM2.5 removal technology. The multidimension multiphase PM2.5 particle group turbulence simulation system is established by using the Monte-Carlo algorithm combined with the probability density function model of two-phase turbulent flow. The Micro-PIV experimental table consisting of electrostatic precipitation, bag dust removal and spraying dust removal is built. In order to achieve the numerical simulation of multidimension multiphase particle group turbulence, the numerical calculation is combined with the experimental study to reveal the dynamic evolution characteristics such as collision, coagulation, breakage, condensation/evaporation, nucleation and deposition of PM2.5 particle group.
