中文摘要: 多巴胺(Dopamine)是一种儿茶酚类生物神经递质,近年来的仿生学研究发现,在溶液条件下,多巴胺能通过多层次的氧化-自聚-组装,形成多种形态和功能的聚合体。聚多巴胺(PDA)膜与纳米微球是其中两种最典型的多巴胺聚合体形态,可被应用于膜分离、抗污/抗菌表面、药物传递、吸附/分离等领域。基于多巴胺的这一特性,本项目拟在前期研究工作的基础上,考察内/外部因素对多巴胺自聚-组装行为及多巴胺聚合体多层次结构的影响,制备结构可控的PDA膜与纳米微球,研究多巴胺的自聚-组装和解组装机理,揭示多巴胺在界面转化的规律及聚合体动态形成过程。在此基础上,通过表面反应、组装和沉积等手段,对PDA膜与纳米微球进行进一步的表面修饰,研究其多功能用途与特性,阐明结构和性能的相互关系,拓展其在分离膜、生物医用材料、电池隔膜等领域的应用,为制备PDA基新型功能材料提供理论指导。

英文摘要: Dopamine is a kind of catecholic biological neurotransmitter, and in recent years,biomimetics studies have showed that, in aqueous solution, dopamine undergoes an oxidable self-polymerization and assembly to generate a series of polymers and aggregates with various morphologies and functions. In our previous work, it was showed that polydopamine (PDA) membranes and nanospheres were two kinds of typical aggregates generated from the self-polymerization and assembly of dopamine, which can be applied in the areas of membrane separation, anti-fouling /antibacterial surface, drug delivery, adsorption/separation etc. Given the unique character of dopamine, in the present project, to obtain structure-controlled PDA membranes and nanospheres, we propose to investigate the effects of interior and outer conditions on the hierarchical structures of dopamine aggregates and behaviors of dopamine self-polymerization and assembly. The machnism of dopamine polymerization-assembly and disassembly would be studied detailedly to reveal the rule of transformation of dopamine on the interfaces and dynamical process of PDA.Subsequently, PDA membranes and nanospheres would be surface-modified further by surface reaction, assembly and deposition etc. The functions and characteristics of PDA membranes and nanospheres would be studied to
